save as box

my "save as" box on xp is only showing the top portion. i can't see the
bottom of the box. i can raise the top but this only stretches it and still
doesn't show the bottom. same for going to the sides. thus....i can't name
any files i want to save because that part of the box is "hiding" below my
screen.

does anyone know how to fix this?

Try hitting TAB key a few times till you reach the filename box then try to
Drag the bottom right corner to increae the size.

Provide more details if the above does not work, like does it happen in all
program, is there any program which is always on top etc.
