Hi,
I right click on images in websites and when I click the
Save As... option when the file save area comes up, it
says:

File Name: Untitled
File Type: .bmp

the drag down box to the right of .bmp should read .jpg
or .gif and it should have the accurate file name, but it
doesn't.

I've looked all over timbuk 2 and the only thing I can
figure out is that it's some sort of video compression,
the only thing that does that is AOL and I don't have AOL
and have never used it and don't have it installed!

So I just need to know how to make it the way it was.
Last time this happened I reformated my computer I was so
angry and it's about to happen again.

Can someone help.

e-mail me at the above address with suggestions.

This happens if the indexes of the Temporary Internet Files get
overloaded. In Control Panel - Internet Options, in the temporary
internet files section on the General page, click 'Delete files'. Then
I suggest click Settings and reduce the space allowed - 50 MB is
probably generous, and on big drives it tends to choose by default a
setting that is so high that this overload happens
