savageIx tv output

i own a hp ohmibook xe3 that had ME edition as the
operating system. I purshased xp Home Edition standard
and loaded on my laptop. my lap top video card is a S3
savageIx with Tv output. I have not been able to find a
drive that will run my Tv output. I am at a lost as what
to do. Can you suggest any help....Thank you

If HP has not made a driver for that particular piece of hardware, then
you are probably out of luck. Laptops are very proprietary in their
hardware and software. Your laptop was designed for ME and unless HP
supports the upgrade to XP with drivers and software (like power
management software, for instance), you should go back to ME.
