SATA problem?

I have AMD Athlon 64 3400+, Epox 8heai motherboard and Samsung spinpoint p120 200gb SATA(no other hard drives). Sometimes when booting, hard drive isn´t found. what´s wrong? is it mboard or hard drive, or something else? All stuff was just bought and everything else are working fine.
 
have you just noticed it missing in windows or on startup when its detecting devices?
