Sasser Patch - where is it?

I have been running SUS on my network for two months now and was fairly confident that it was working, patchs are always there to to check an approve............however the patch released on the 13th April specifically suggested by MS to patch against the Sasser Virus does not appear anywhere in my list of patchs, how can this happen & can I turst SUS to do the job it's supposed to do!
