Sasser + other major problems

Hi,
I really hope someone could help me computer.
Here are the problems of my pc:
1) Unable to activate Norton Antivirus
2) Unable to activate Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Alt +Del.
3) pop up a error message everytime windows xp start to run

4) The sasser problem are solved, but it will come back again everytime i reboot my windows xp. Can anyone tell me how to format pc completely?(include the BIOS) The method i using right now is format by using windows XP cd, but looks like it can't remove the sasser virus completely.

I just fixed a pc w/the darn sasser virus i found it in
symantec.com you should check this site to remove it

A format is seldom needed in cases as these. Clean your system. The tool
are out there and are free.

You can get the free version of ZoneAlarm at www.zonelabs.com

and spyware killer?

I recommend running both Spyware Blaster
(http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html) and Spybot
Search and Destroy
(http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html) in Immunize mode,
and also running Adaware
(http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) frequently. All
three are freeware
