Sasser/Internet connection

I had the sasser b virus - ran all removal
tools/patches/etc. Downloaded all updates from
microsoft. Renewed antivirus and scanned. Everything
seems fine now EXCEPT dial up internet. If I use DSL,
everything works great. If I use dial up, it connects
successfully, but will not open ANY pages.
Suggestions????
