sasser in quarantine, how do I delete?

I have norton antivirus and scanned my computer for
viruses and I do have two sasserB virus in the
quarantine, the fix doesn't work and when I try to delete
it a warning comes up telling me that I am going to
delete everything in my c drive. I keep getting an virus
alert message whenever I turn on my computer that I have
this virus but whenever I try to run the removal tool for
sasser it says I don't have it? now I am confused, do I
have it when its in quarantine? how do I delete it
without deleting all c drive? can someone help me on
this asap, this is beginning to be a real anoyyance

When Norton quarantines a known virus file, you should delete it from
quarantine and not attempt to repair it. Attempting to repair a known
virus file may result in unleashing the virus into your computer.

Open your Norton Antivirus program and click on:
Reports > Quarantined items (View Reports), then click on
'Quarantined Items', click once on a virus file to highlight it
and then click the 'Delete Item' button on the Toolbar.

The virus may have infected your System Restore folder.
You'll need to turn-off System Restore, reboot, then turn it back on.
One cannot delete an individual Restore Point....it's all or nothing.

Afterward run Norton's LiveUpdate to update your virus
definitions, then perform a full system scan.
