Antispyware (beta) Quarantine problem

Windows XP - home
Ran Antispyware and Quarantined a threat. Found this had stopped me using
another program so went to the quarantine to restore it.
Although scan history says 1 item quarantined nothing appears in the
quarantine management screen. Looked in the quarantine folder in C:\program
files....\quarantine and there is a folder there. How can I restore this
folder?
