sandisk problem

Hi I just bought a sandisk U3 Cruzer Micro USB Device and I lost the
directions and it is not loading on my new compaq presario v6000
computer i just bought also, so I just wondering if there was anyone
out there that might be of some help to me. I really don't know alot
about computers so if you could really break it down in the simpliest
of terms that would really help, thank you. kandy

Hi ... I have one as well , I just got it to , So I don't know much about as
of yet but, Mine is working good , What happens when you try it out ? Do you
see anything at all loading ? Look at the bottom right side of your screen
where your clock in that area and see if you notice anything that show up
when you plug it in

If you expect a window to open automatically so that you can see what's on
the drive, it doesn't necessarily mean that it is not working if the window
doesn't open. Open Windows Explorer or My Computer and see if the Micro
Drive shows up in the list of drives.
