SanDisk Cruzer micro

Hello all,

I bought a new computer with vista, and I am not familiar with it. So, I
hooked up my SanDisk and some things came up, and I read all of them. I can't
remember what they were about, but at the end my SanDisk worked. Next day I
plug it in, and the SanDisk is not recognized. This SanDisk comes with the
u3, and I updated it, so it works on vista. Only problem is that the SanDisk
memory won't come up nor the u3 software. There is a safetly remove hardware
icon, but when I remove it, the safetly remove hardware program is frozen and
I have to force quit it. Can someone please help me get my SanDisk Cruzer to
work on my computer.

Where did you get the U3 update for it to work on Vista? I didn't know that
it had been updated for Vista yet. All I can find is this
http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1411

I haven't actually read all of this, but it might help:

Cheers, it says that Launchpad 1.4 works with Vista, but:

"If the U3 Launchpad installed on your drive, does not have a Check for
software updates button, contact the U3 smart drive manufacturer or check
their web site for updates."

I need a full installer, as I have removed Launchpad from my Cruzer
Titanium, and Sandisk doesn't seem to have v1.4 on their website yet.
