I had the same problem with the same card reader. I tried switching to a pny, same problem. Sandisk offers a solution on their web-site under support for the model 91 but I tried deleting the registry keys like it said but no change. I used the imagemate usb 1.1 card reader with no problems at all, should have just kept that one!
