Samsung CLP-510 Toner Chip Reset

I have a Samsung CLP-510 that is reporting the black cartridge to be
empty. Trick is, it's not at all, I can print a beautiful looking
configuration page, but it won't allow any other printing. These
cartridges are chipped, and while I've found plenty of people
complaining about it, no one knows how to reset them.

Can anyone tell me how to reset the chip, or point me at some
information on the components that this "chip" uses? If no one knows,
I'm going to try my hand at reverse engineering the thing, but I'm
hoping there's a simpler solution.

You need to replace the chip.

try to put a tape in the toner cartriges of chip´s contacts and turn on the printer at same time you push menu butom 10 seconds and leave free, this action makes printer don´t search status and you can print
