Sample Databases up For Grabs?

G

Guest

Anyone have any links or web sites that have other sample databases up for
grabs besides the MS web site? Like anything that was created to show a
certain feature, etc. Anything!

Great way to come up with ideas and things I would like to have, but didn't
think of it myself....

Thanks
Curtis

Roger's Access Library has lots of samples:

Here's a collection of free data models -- not actual databases, but
structural layouts for data designs:

Look at "Sample Data Models for Relational Database Design". The Forms
section also has a number of db's set up (you have to scroll down a bit til
you see the ZIP files listed) just to demonstrate a given feature/technique.
I bookmark this site and check every week or two, as they add stuff regularly.

There is a sample database with an imaging example at
http://accdevel.tripod.com and a few other samples... all these illustrate
using features of Access and are not intended to be complete or "finished"
applications: three approaches to using Images in Access, Random Access File
I/O, OnCurrent in Access 2000 form with subform, QueryByForm with Three
Combo Boxes, and Using a Page Footer as a Group Footer in Access 2000.
