How do you make word macros accessible by different documents & different
users?

Save them in a global template available to all users i.e. set all the users
Word Startup location to access the same network folder and place the
template in this folder.

With a global template. See http://addbalance.com/word/movetotemplate.htm
for step-by-step instructions on moving / sharing / copying / backing-up
customizations including AutoText, AutoCorrect, keyboard assignments,
toolbars, macros, etc.
