Same three pop up windows appear each day

When using IE6, I get these same three websites popping
up. I have learned to almost deal with pop ups but these
three (3) websites are adult oriented. I just learned how
to force IE6 to ask for permission to see but I want to
keep them from showing all together. I am not sure if
they are pop ups as they resemble brand new IE windows. I
don't know where to begin. I have installed pop blockers
but it doesn't seem to work. Help?

This most likely isnt a problem with IE itself. It sounds
like you are infected with some ad/spyware.

I suggest running a scan with an adware detection program,
such as AdAware (free for personal use), Spybot
Search&Destroy (Free, Donations Accepted), or PestPatrol
(requires purchase). I think AdAware would be the best
option in this case, as I find that both Spybot and
PestPatrol are a little too sensitive.

Spybot Search & Destroy: http://www.safer-networking.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do
than just those two programs. CWShredder is also available here:

If nothing there helps, please post back to this thread.
