Same Problem: Didn't Work For Me!

When I do what was suggested, there is no box to clear.
But the box I SHOULD clear is a definitely lighter than
the greyed out boxes above it. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!

What do you mean, "Same Problem"?? Keep it in the same thread, otherwise

You tell us. You haven't provided any clues to the problem. If you are
having a similar problem as someone else, Post in that thread. Don't
expect us to go looking for it.
