same page keeps opening

When I try to open internet explorer, the same page keeps
coming up. The name is http://nkvd.us/. Any page that I
type it returns it to this page.

I have the same problem. Explorer keeps going to
http://nkvd.us/. Does anyone know how to fix this
problem?
