default homepage help

excuse me but i need help

my homepage was set to
" about:blank "

until a little while ago it was somehow changed to
" http://nkvd.us/1507/ "

now after seeing this, i went to internet properties and
set my default page back to "about:blank"

however after while i kept getting re-directed when going
to different sites on IE

i checked the internet properties again and found that
the default page was once again

i've done what i could to change the default adress, i've
run virus scan several times, deleted temp. internet
files, deleted previous system restores, yet still this
site remains as the default

whats even more strange is that when i try and go to
different sites in IE i always get diverted to
" http://nkvd.us/1507/ "

the same problem occurs when i try and download through
IE as well

this is a serious problem for me...
someone please help.....

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do
than just those two programs. CWShredder is also available here:
