Same contact; different company

I have a business contact that moved from one customer to another. I
deleted him from the old and add to the new. O2003 'remembers' the old
email address and every once in a while I sent to his old company. How
can I completely, 100% delete the old address from ever coming up
again? Steve

If you are talking about the auto-complete cache, when the wrong information appears, use the arrow key to highlight it and press delete.
