Same automatic update over & over & over......

I keep getting an automatic update over & over & over.
Not the updates from the update website but the type that
show in your system tray. I've installed the damg thing
about ten times but as soon as It finishes it turns
around and says I have updates ready to install. How do
I get rid of this thing? Here is the update that keeps
saying needs installed.
