How do I restart my computer in Safety mode and then
afterwards how do I get it back to normal??

Roboot the computer and when it first shows a black screen with text on it,
press and hold the F8 key until you see a menu appear. Select the Safe Mode
option using the Arrow keys and press ENTER.
