safelist contacts are coming across as spam

contacts in my address book and contacts I email often are coming in on our
main email website as spam - I have to go to the website and transfer the
spam to the in box in order to read on my outlook. This just started about 2
weeks ago. I do not get this emails unless I log onto our main email
website. It couses delay in recieving information much needed. please
advise thank you lisa
 
what type of email account do you have? Unless you use exchange, the safe
list in outlook is not being used by your mail server. Can you configure
the spam settings there to white list the addresses?
