Safe shopping tool is BS!

Can anyone tell me how to disable the "Safe Shopping"
feature in IE?

Everytime I go to a new webpage, a window pops up and
tells me that "We have now activated the safe shopping
feature"

Apparently, they want to give my name and info to
everyone on the web.

Also, IE6 will NOT let me download Netscape. How's that
for monopoly control Mr.Gates?

That is not a feature in IE! .........

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
