Safe senders sent to Junk

Hi

For the past few weeks I've had e-mails from Safe Senders sent to the Junk
folder. I have repeatedly added the Senders to the Safe Senders list
(sometimes 5 times a day!) but to no avail.

Any help most welcome - it's a real nuisance having to check the Junk folder
several times a day for messages I'm expecting but which don't make it to
the Inbox first time round.

I doubt that this can happen due to some corruption.

Can you try configuring a new profile and check if that works?
