Safe Removal?

We had to re-install Win2kPro and chose to install it
without removing the previous version so we could copy
needed files, etc.

Now that we are up and running again how can we safely
remove the old Win2kPro version?

It depends on how you installed. Did you create a new partition? A new
directory? Consult the hidden boot.ini file in your active root drive with
notepad. Assert which entry is the right one in the case you kept the old
partition/directory. Once you have identified which one is good, you'll know
what directory to zap.
