Safe Mode Admin doesnt have enough permission

Used windows update over the last days to get all
criticals, now all admin users dont have permission to
run admin level. Reboot in safe mode and ADMINISTRATOR
doesn have enough permissions to run things like network
connection wizard and so on. Any ideas or fixes?

I don't see how this could have happened. None of the Windows Updates
will rewrite permissions like you are describing. It sounds far more
likely that someone in your organization made a bit of a mistake. I
suggest you try rebooting into Safe Mode again and see if you can do a
System Restore.
