S Video cable

My laptop has a 7 pin video out connection but my tv has a 4 pin s video
connection. What do I need to buy to connect?
Information relevant to the UK would be usefull.

Here in the US I'd recommend a visit to the local Radio Shack store and a
look around for an adapter. There must be a similar type store over there
that sells consumer electronic devices/equipment/etc.
