It's not hard to do... Please, read my step-by-step
instructions in the following order:
1) How to enable Russian _fonts_ and _keyboard tools_
in Windows itself - it's the very 1st section of my site
2) Now when it is done, you can read how to tune-up
Outlook Express for Russian - it's in
"Russian in Browsers/Mail/News" section of my site
The above was Russian tune-up on _user-level_
3) Programs that made in Russia and use Russian in their
_interface_ (menus, dialogs) is a different story,
is requres the tune-up on _system-level_, that is, it
requires the changes in some deep Windows settings.
But it's not hard to do under Windows XP
(unlike say Windows 98) - see
"Full Russification: Russian programs and file names"
section of my site.
