Russian and arabic character set

I need to use the russian and arabian character set under XPe. Unter XP Pro
they can be selected via regional settings. Is this possible under Xpe? Which
components do I need? Where can i find the charcter sets?
 
In general, anything possible with XP Pro is also possible with XPe.
Some things just take more effort to include in XPe.
This one is actually fairly easy. Just be sure to include these components.

Arabic Language Support
Russian Language Support
Regional And Language Options

You will need to have installed the optional Language Packs.
Don't forget to resolve the dependencies.

Also, make sure to read MUI pack Rel.Notes. Especially if you are planning on having a few languages supported in one image.
