after my computer sets for a few doing nothing, I get this
message that say's ( runtime library) (program
C:\windows\explorer.exe). Can you please help me fix this
problem or refer me to someone that can, or page that can
help me.

What is the exact error message?
If there is a Details button click that and give us the first two lines.
