Runtime Error

Hello,

I'm having a very difficult problem. When I launch
Internet Explorer, I get an error that says:

Runtime Error!
Program C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate
it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's
support team for more information.

There doesn't seem to be any information about this, or
why it's happening.

Does anyone know what the story is and how to fix it?

Yours may be a Java issue.

It appears that I have both Java(Sun) and MS VM on the PC. After
disabling/unchecking Java(Sun) the runtime error ceased in IE6. Source:
