Runtime Error

I get this message when I tried to open Internet Explorer-
Runtime Error
Program:C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

It does not give a link to get to the support team and I have searched but
can find no help. Help!!

Uninstall Google toolbar from Control Panel -> Add/remove programs.
