Runtime Error!

Good evening,

I have seen the following message on my son's computer on
a couple of occassions. Perhaps someone can tell me what
it means.

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!

Program C:\Program File\Common Files\Symantec Shared\
ccEvtMgr.exe

R6025
- pure virtual function call"

[OK]

What might cause this error message to be displayed, and
how can problem be remedied.

The ccEvtMgr.exe comes from Symantec's software, probably Norton
Antivirus. Check on Symantec's website for tech support with their
products.
