Runtime error

I am constantly getting an error message when using word
that closes or deletes my document during its
construction. It reads:
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Program:C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\WINWORD.EXE

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate
it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's
support team for more information."

How do I correct this?

Hey Ken I am getting the same error mess only mine relates
to "iexplore". It reads as follows;

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Program:C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe


This application has requested the Runtime to terminate
it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's
support team for more information."

This always occurs when I access a webpage via a link, but
does not effect all links.
