Are you able to print other emails correctly? If so, the fault lies in
the particular email from "BMIbaby". Try copying the information from
the email and pasting it into a plain text editor such as Notepad. Can
you print it now?

If you get the error printing to *all* emails and not just the one, post
back. Also please tell us what changed between the time you were able to
print emails and the time you weren't.

Hi Malke,
Thanks for a quick response, i found out that i was unable to print
other emails

did as you suggested , transfered email to Documents an used Word to
print out in HTML
email printed OK, alas i found an error within Word itself, i
reinstalled Office anew.

there again i tried to print further emails ,unable to do so.

difficult to say that any changes took place , i moved one computer to
more cosier surroundings
and left the printer attached to the culprit in hand, little did i use
this computer for 2 months

OK, so you know that you can't print any emails but you can print from
other programs besides your email program of email. Is that correct? If
it is, then if you are using Outlook or Outlook Express you should post
full details of your system, your email version (if Outlook), and the
printer make/model to the Outlook or Outlook Express newsgroups.

If you are reading your email online and can't print from your browser,
we would need to know which browser it is. There are newsgroups for both
IE6 and IE7.

Here is a list of all the MS newsgroups:

If the printer isn't printing at all from any program, try uninstalling
it completely and then reinstall it according to the printer mftr.'s
directions.
