Runtime Error

I can't get into IE anymore and I am getting the same rerror message each time.

Microsoft Virtual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program C:\PROGRAM FILES\INTERNET EXPLORER\IEXPLORER.EXE
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way
Please contact the applications Support Team for more information".

Can anyone help? I have tried to clean my disk file and free up space but
my suspicion is that it has something to do with the fact that I was chucked
out of IE a couple of weeks ago and have not been able to get back in. Is
something locked up?

Uninstall the Google toolbar.
