Runtime Error!

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
This error message pops up everytime I try to open IE. Iv'e looked through
the support area but nothing helped. The only thing that worked was using
system restore to the point where IE actually works. But I don't want to have
to do that everytime IE goes down. I have uninstalled the google toolbar and
any other add on but that doesn't seem to help.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
