runtime error

Help, trying to figure why I'm getting message: This
application has requested the runtime to terminate it in
an unusual way.
The instruction at "0x5f401399" referenced memory
at :0x00000004" The memory could not be read.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

One thing you could try is to contact the technical support group for the
program that's causing the problem and ask them about it.
