Runtime Error & Slow Processing After Log On

Please help. I connect to the internet through my
cable,which is Comcast. I also have AOL on my computer,
which I most likely will be getting rid of since I use
Comcast now. I have had both of them for some time and
never had any problems. Just recently, whenever I log on
now, it seems to take quite some time for my desktop to
come up. That is one problem.

My other problem, also just recently started, I get a
message Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library then I get
this message in the center, Runtime Error,
Program:C\Windows\System32\iefeatures.exe.

Could someone please help and send your reply to
