runtime error since windows update

Since downloading the most recent windows update I get
runtime errors on most web pages that I load and a dialog
box asking me to debug. How can I turn this off?

Common script errors messages can be eliminated by Clicking:
Menu: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab.
Check "Disable script debugging"
Uncheck "Display a notification about every script error"

Just updated to Xp pro and have the same problem. Dell
can not seem to fix the problem. Anyone Know the reason
for the problem.
