Can You Turn Off Script Debugger?

I recently loaded up one of MS's recommended updates, and
now when I go onto a number of websites I constantly get
a dialog box claiming a "Runtime Error" and asking me if
I want to debug. Sometimes it loops and I'm forced to
use Task Manager to get of of IE.

Is there anyway to turn this function off?
 
Tools-Internet Options-Advanced.
Disable script debugging and script error notification.
