Script debugger

How do I delete "script debugger"? Each time I try to
pull up a news article from MSNBC, I get the following
popup message: "A runtime error has occurred. Do you
wish to debug?" Why do I keep getting this and how do
I stop it?

IE Script error
Go to Tools, then select Internet Options
Then select ADVANCED
Under Browsing - uncheck "Display Notification about every script error"

Disable the Script Debugger in IE (Line 142)
