Runtime error message

Running XP Home edition with dual boot 98 and after start
up there is an error message that reads in a small
window, "Runtime Error(75)". I am promted to click
on "OK" and after that there appears to be no prob;em
that I can see. Can anyone advise me?

"RUNTIME ERROR 75: "Run-time error 75: path/file access
error." This error occurs when a program is installed on
a network and the user does not have rights to the
program directory. For the program to work properly on a
network, users must be given rights by the network
administrator. "

I keep getting Rundll error. It states error loading:
C:\windows\system32\bridge.dll, The specified module
cound not be found. This keeps coming up , and my
computer is very slow. Please help. Reply
