Runtime error messaage

Can anyone please help me rid my PC of a runtime error message that keeps
popping up....
it reads: Runtime error 103 at 0040541B

It is driving me crazy and i am pretty sure it began after installing
broadband!

You'll have to determine what program is running and failing. Do the
normal troubleshooting for viruses and malware:

When you are sure the computer is 100% clean, if you are still getting
