Runtime error during installation

After Installing the City Select North America v6 software bundle with
iQue 3200 PDA, I try to unlock the detail map. The dialog box of "Microsoft
Visual C++" Runtime Library" jump out "Runtime Error!
Program:C:\WINDOWS\System32\regsvr32 This application has requested the
Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's
support team for more information"

Is anyone could tell me what's this is and how to solve the problem?
