runtime error again

Previous post

"I have tried to run two different digital file cabinet programs:
1. Digital File Cabinet from runningman software
2. FileWise

I get this error msg. when trying to run either program.

Run-time error '-2147217900 (80040e14)":
unknown"

running WinXP Home SP2 and all available updates

Jon Erlandson posted and suggested I run MDAC component checker and check
for update for MS JET 4.0 database engine. I am current on the MD Jet
version, and when I ran MDAC I got this result;

Registry Detail Mismatch:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARE\Classes\Interface\{0000054E-0000-0010-8000-00AA006D2EA4}
Value _Command25 Expected data=Command25;

Does this have anything to do with the runtime error and do I need to
correct this?

You install a program and it doesn't work. You either uninstall the program
or go to the program manufacturer to get your answers.

Unplug the computer as you don't possess the common sense necessary to
