Hi,
I keep getting the above error message ocurr after every
startup. It actually happens about 15 sec after the
desktop has completed loading. It appears that a service
or something is trying to load in the background. Now I
have turned off all my services and cleared the startup tab
using msconfig but this error still happens. I have
updated my AV also, error still appears.
The only thing that changes is the fisrt 4 digits in the
number above, the last 4 remain the same.
I suspect that this is some kind of dll error and that the
only real solution is to reformat and start again,
something I am reluctant to do just yet.
Hope there is a solution.
