Im having a problem with windows and internet explorer, the only error message i get is the runtime error 430, individual programs work fine, except for windows and internet explorer, they work as well, but at an extreemly low speed ie. 10minutes to open my computer. the search tool does not work at all, but the run tool works fine, never had this problem before so any help would be appreciated, i tried reinstalling windows, but this didnt have any effect
