runtime error "384"

Hi, I have this problem with win 2000, error message, a
form can't be moved or sized while minimized or
maximized. Run time error "384". Heading on the window
id Project 1. Cannot get the message to go away and can't
click on it, pointer disappears when over window. I just
upgraded from Win98. Thanks for any help anyone can give,

try pressing ALT and F4 or the ESC key

or press
CTRL + SHIFT + ESC

and closing the errant process
